SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Pe’Lora delivers US and worldwide. Pe’Lora delivers directly through its preferred courier service.


Deliveries will arrive within 14 business days from the date of your order (not including public holidays or weekends) within United States. Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender; in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. Pe’Lora’s Boutique will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.

All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologize if your items are unavailable and will contact you to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as priority once stock has been delivered to Pe’Lora’s Boutique.

DELIVERY FEE

The delivery fee for any order is paid by the purchaser which will be shown at the time of Checkout. Delivery fee may vary for each destination.

TAXES/CUSTOMS

International deliveries outside the United States may be subject to applicable taxes and duties which are to be paid by the Purchaser.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

We know that not every purchase will fit & exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy exchange. To get your product exchanged, please contact Pe’Lora’s Boutique at customercare@pelorasboutique.com

Pe’Lora Return address (provided upon request):

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, exchange return will be processed in 5-7 business days. We will do our best to exchange items depending on stock availability.

Please remember that garments and accessories must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods if you would like to exchange your order. Send an email to customercare@pelorasboutique.com. Include your order number in this email and notify us which goods you would like to exchange. 

Please note you will be required to pay the Shipping/delivery fee when returning the products for exchange. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier. Pe’Lora’s Boutique will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.

Garments will not be eligible for exchange if we consider them used or if they are without tags attached.

NO REFUND

Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and Pe’Lora’s Boutique is not offering any refunds at the moment. Customers are only entitled to receive an exchange if they fulfill the requirements as provided in this policy.

I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?


We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If we sent the wrong item, simply contact customercare@pelorasboutique.com and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
